Q:What’s your lead time?

A: It is 3 days for our stock bags. And it will be about 25-30 days for customized products.

Q: Can you make samples for free? How long will it take ?

A: samples would be free with quantity over 10000 pieces. sampling time: 5~7 days

Q: In which way would you deliver the goods?

A: for small orders, we usally delivery it by Express. For larger goods, we can delivery by sea or by air. We have our freight forwarders which we have cooperated with for many years. We can also send to the warehouse of your freight agency.

Q: What are your payment methods ?

A: We can accept Paypal, Western union, T/T and L/C

Q: Can I use my own logo or design?

A: Yes, of course you can.
